The Mental Wellbeing Workshop is a collection of Luke's brilliantly led activities and discussions that allows us to create a safe space where people be their true self.
During the workshop we use a range of personal stories and opportunities for the people to learn from each other, finding the perfect balance of connection and inspiration. It focuses on a two-step process of how to spot the signs when we need a little bit of help combined with what can we do to support ourselves.
