Luke was invited to speak at the 2023 Annual Conference in Newport. For this year's conference, they wanted someone local to the organisation to inspire their team to end the day on a high. Luke was the perfect way to end a day filled with learning and motivation. The talk was themed around their roles changing lives despite working behind the scenes and encouraged the audience to best for the team and not in the team.

However, these talks were so well received by the students that his delivery and messages left the students talking about Luke throughout the coming months. Luke was booked to speak at the Red Funnel Health and Safety Day. This two-day event covered the whole organisation and its aim was to equip staff with the skills they needed to look after themselves and ensure they could work safely to go home safely. Luke delivered a total of four talks across the two days and left the organisation feeling inspired and empowered to talk action.

Luke was able to motivate the students to realise that their current circumstances doesn't have to be their conclusion. Linc Cymru - Staff Conference

As part of Linc Cymru's annual staff conference, Luke was hired as a keynote speaker to inspire the staff to believe in themselves to make a difference in the work they did. As part of the event, it brought the whole organisation together from every department with one aim. Inspire and connect people to show what's possible.
CCYD Secondary School

CCYD booked Luke as part of their aim to improve the aspirations and mental wellbeing of their students. Luke spent a total of five days working with every student at the school. This tailored approach consisted of each day delivering a keynote talk to the whole year group followed by four one-hour workshops with smaller groups.

As part of POBL Colleague Conference Luke was booked to deliver his famous Believe In Yourself Keynote on both days of the event. The hybrid event gave all of the thousand staff team a chance to hear Lukes incredibly inspiring messages.
RWE Pembroke Power Station
Mental Wellbeing Workshops
Pembroke Power Station invited Luke in to deliver his 'Remove the mask in the workplace' session across the site. The one hour workshop was delivered a number of times in a variety of settings to inspire and educate everyone where they work. Delievering these sessions in every day places where they work had an signficant impact in removing the stigma in the workplace.
Mountain Ash Secondary School
Motivational talk to Year 11 Studnets
Before starting their GCSE Exams, Mountain Ash Secondary School hired Luke to provide their students with a last-minute boost of inspiration ahead of the exams. The one-hour keynote to the whole year 11-year group was aimed at showing the young people what is possible when they believe in themselves and take massive action.
Welsh Government
Senior Leaders & Directors Conference
As part of this year's conference, the Welsh Government wanted to bring in an external keynote speaker to close the event. After a day of in-house learning and discussions, Luke was set with the task of bringing everyone together to inspire the team to make the change that they want to see in the world. But most importantly focusing on the difference they and their team can make.
Gloucestershire University
Gloucester Academy Aspirations Day
The GROW partnerships aim to raise the aspirations of young people in secondary school to attend Gloucestershire University. Luke was hired as part of the partnerships outreach work by attending a local secondary school, Gloucester Academy. As part of the day, Luke delivered a keynote talk to the year 10 students and afterwards delivered two, one-hour goal setting workshops with the learners.
Healthcare Financial Management Association Conference

As part of this year's conference, the HMFA invited Luke in to share his story after being highly recommended at a previous event earlier in the year. Lukes keynote closed the conference and brought tears to the audience as his inspiring messages of everyday heroes reminded everyone listen how their job changes lives to the people across Somerset.
University of South Wales
Careers Day
The University of South Wales wanted to inspire their students as part of their Careers Fair. The Careers and Employability service supports students who are underrepresented or who face barriers to accessing work opportunities. Luke's keynote opened the fair and inspired all of the students to out and take action.
